The Commonstead is a network of independent consultants that analyzes utility bills and connects homes and businesses with energy and water savings products — including solar, power optimization, HVAC efficiency, deregulated energy supply, and water savings hardware — fulfilled by licensed third-party installation and supply partners.
Savings figures on this site (e.g., "15–30%") are typical ranges from manufacturer data and field results. Your results depend on your property, usage, rates, and installation. Final numbers come from a written proposal based on your actual bill. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a guarantee of savings, or financial advice.
Products are manufactured, warranted, and installed by third parties (e.g., licensed solar EPCs and certified installers named on your proposal and your state page). Manufacturer warranties and installer licensing govern those products and services. State availability shown on this site reflects our partner network at the time of publication and may change.
Energy supply offerings (Think+ Energy, commercial deregulated supply) are available only in deregulated markets, subject to the supplier's terms, rates, and enrollment conditions. The utility continues to deliver your power and handle emergencies.
Order requests placed through our store are requests, not completed purchases. A consultant confirms sizing, final price, and installation before any payment is collected. Payment terms, delivery, and returns are stated on your order confirmation.

Joining The Commonstead as a consultant is subject to a separate consultant agreement. Earnings depend on individual effort; we make no income guarantees.
This site, its content, and the Commonstead brand are our property or used under license. Product names (CoilSafe®, ThermalBlock™, etc.) belong to their manufacturers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on estimates. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
